The Story Behind

THE NAME

bORN FROM tWO nICKNAMES - AND oNE sHARED VISION.

Gary and Fallon, the husband-and-wife team behind Sunwalker Landwrx, have always found meaning in the land and the people connected to it. Years ago, while exploring the canyons near his Idaho hometown, Gary was affectionately nicknamed “Canyon Walker” by a local — a name that spoke to his quiet strength and love for discovery. Fallon, who Gary affectionately dubbed “Sunshine” for her warmth and inviting spirit, brought the light.

Together, those names became Sunwalker — a symbol of balance between light and earth, heart and hard work.

For us, Sunwalker isn’t just a name. It reflects how we do business: grounded, kind, and deeply human. We believe in creating connection through land — helping people move forward while giving the land itself a renewed purpose.

Earthworks with humanity — that’s the heart of Sunwalker Landwrx.

Whether you’re tired of paying taxes on unused land or ready for a fresh start, we make the process straightforward and honest. Based in Idaho and working across the U.S., Sunwalker Landwrx is built on transparency, fairness, and community care.
